Car Hire Policy

1. Eligibility

• Car hire for the driving test is available only to students who have previously completed a
  mandatory two-hour pre-test lesson with VJ DRIVING School.
• The student must hold a valid learner permit and meet all legal driving requirements.

2. Service Included

• The Car Hire for Driving Test package includes:
• A one-hour warm-up/preparation session immediately before the test.
• Full use of the school vehicle for the RSA driving test.
• Drop-off by the instructor to an agreed location after the test (e.g. home, school, or
  workplace).

3. Booking & Payment

• Car hire must be booked in advance through WhatsApp or email.
• Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of confirmation.
• If payment is not received, the booking is not secured and the car may be offered to
  another student.

4. Availability Guarantee

• We can only guarantee car hire for students who confirm their test date and time with
  us in advance, so that we can check the availability of the vehicle.
• If you inform us of a pre-booked test date without prior agreement, and the car is already
  allocated, we will not be able to provide it.

5. Cancellations

• Standard cancellation rules apply. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before
  the test, the fee is non-refundable.

6. Responsibility

• Students are expected to arrive on time for their pre-test lesson and RSA driving test.
